Procedure
The application should be sent to secretario@se-fc.org, preferably by e-mail, attaching two duly completed forms: The application will be initially assessed by the SEFC management board, which will consider whether it is valid. Valid applications will be presented at the following SEFC General Assembly, of which one is held every year, generally at the same time as the congress. The association is formalised when the assembly approves the admission of members proposed by the management board.

Membership fees
Regular members pay an annual fee to the SEFC which is currently 40 euros.

Fees are generally paid in April by direct debit to the bank account indicated by the members. In the case of new members, they pay no fees until they are formally admitted by the assembly, generally at the end of October or beginning of November. Once they have been admitted, they are charged the fee for the current year.

Although direct debit is the preferred method of payment, others are equally valid. Please send your queries to administracion@se-fc.org.

Exemption from fees
Honorary members are exempted from the payment of fees (see by-laws).

Members 70 years of age or older can be exempt from the payment of fees. Please send the necessary information to SEFC Management Board

Unpaid fees
The failure to pay fees can lead to the expulsion of regular members if, having been required to pay the annual fee, they have failed to do so or to justify their failure to do so within three months of the demand. Nevertheless, such members may be readmitted, once only, by paying all unpaid fees up to the date of new membership, with a 50% surcharge.
